1. Is the person verified?
Ask how the provider was checked. On ServEaseHub, every provider is reviewed and approved by our team before they can accept a booking, including CNIC (front and back), business registration where applicable, and a selfie check.
2. Do you know the price before the job starts?
Avoid vague promises like "we will see when we arrive". Every provider on ServEaseHub sets their own price and it is shown upfront in the app before you book.
3. How does payment work?
Prefer a payment method with protection. Card payments through ServEaseHub are held in escrow and only released after the job is complete. If you prefer cash, you pay the provider after the service is finished.
4. Can you cancel if plans change?
Check the cancellation rules before you confirm. You can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled service time.
5. What happens if something goes wrong?
Know where to complain. You can raise a dispute within 24 hours of completion, with photos, and our team reviews both sides before anything is released to the provider.
