How do I pay for a booking?

You can pay by debit or credit card, or choose cash on service. Card bookings take a 20% deposit to confirm the slot, and the remaining 80% is charged automatically when the scheduled service time arrives.

How is my money protected?

Payments are held in escrow by ServEaseHub rather than being paid straight to the provider. Funds are only released after the job is completed, and you have a 24-hour window to raise a dispute first.

Are the service providers verified?

Yes. Every provider is reviewed and approved by our admin team before they can accept work. Verification includes CNIC (front and back), business registration where applicable, and a selfie check.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes — you can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time.

What is the launch offer?

Flat 30% off every service at launch, with no points required. This is separate from our points-based loyalty tiers, which unlock 5% to 30% off as you earn points.
