Verified before they go live

Providers submit CNIC (front and back), business registration where applicable, and a selfie check. Our admin team reviews every application — no self-signup shortcuts.

Escrow-protected payments

Your payment is held by ServEaseHub, not handed straight to the provider. It's only released after the job is complete — and you get a 24-hour window to raise a dispute first.

A real dispute process

Something went wrong? Raise a dispute with photo evidence. Our team reviews both sides and decides a full refund, a partial refund, or release to the provider.

Escrow & refunds

Card payments are held by the platform until the job is done, with a 24-hour dispute window. Cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your slot.

How do I pay?
By debit/credit card, or cash on service. Card bookings take a 20% deposit to hold your slot; the remaining 80% is charged automatically when your scheduled time arrives.
What if the job isn't done properly?
Raise a dispute in the app within 24 hours of completion, with photos. Because your payment is held in escrow, nothing is released to the provider until our team has reviewed both sides and decided the outcome.
Are providers actually verified?
Yes. Every provider is reviewed and approved by our admin team before they can accept a single booking — CNIC front and back, business registration where applicable, and a selfie check.
Can I cancel?
Yes — free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled service time.
